Meet Melinda, the creator of Theta Thoughts and your alchemist behind the scenes. Melinda has been sharing her gifts of yoga, meditation, sound healing and mindfulness for over a decade. Her education and expertise expand into the areas of positive psychology, human behavior, happiness, manifesting, law of attraction and mindfulness.

She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and a 500-hour certification in yoga. Having suffered from deep depression and anxiety in her early 30’s, Melinda experienced a profound inner transformation which led her to years of self-study, integration, and greater transformation.
Understanding the powerful connection between one’s mindset and one’s reality, Melinda successfully created a unique experience that she developed to reprogram the subconscious mind. Theta Thoughts is designed to erase negative and limiting thoughts and beliefs, while simultaneously creating new positive thought patterns; thus bringing about positive changes and improving the quality of one’s life.
