Melinda Quesenberry is a yoga instructor, meditation guide, sound healer, and reiki master practitioner. Her education and expertise expand into the areas of mindfulness, positive psychology, human behavior, happiness, and the law of attraction.
She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and a 500-hour certification in yoga. Having suffered from deep depression and anxiety in her early 30’s, Melinda experienced a profound inner transformation which led her to years of self-study, integration, and greater transformation.
Understanding the powerful connection between one’s mindset and one’s reality, Melinda successfully created a unique experience that is designed reprogram the subconscious mind; creating new positive thought patterns, bringing about positive changes, and improving the quality of one’s life.
