We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, due to the nature of the custom personalized recordings being created specifically for each client and downloaded to your personal device, all sales are final.
With that said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund. We handle all refund requests on a case by case basis which will be issued at our sole discretion.
